1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bo11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming service available at bo11.io. These Terms apply to all products, features, and services offered by bo11, including but not limited to: the sportsbook, live betting markets, live casino, slot games, the High Roller section, the Astar Live section, and any promotional or bonus offers.

• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.

3 Account Registration

To access betting and gaming features on bo11, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any wagers placed using your login credentials.

• bo11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is believed to pose a security risk or that has been accessed fraudulently.

4 Deposits & Payments

bo11 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi financial institutions. All wallet balances on bo11 are maintained in BDT.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your bo11 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your financial institution.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bo11 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to bo11 are for the purpose of betting and gaming entertainment only and are not investments or savings.
• bo11 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or suspicious payment activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bo11 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider's terms may apply.

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within 45 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and wallets that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• bo11 may request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly where KYC verification has not yet been completed.
• Funds that were deposited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for bonus terms.
• bo11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or irregular betting patterns.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bo11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. General betting rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bo11 does not permit cancellation or modification of a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• bo11 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system or pricing error, regardless of whether the bet appears to have been settled as a win.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules displayed within the bo11 sportsbook at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary depending on account status and market conditions.
• bo11 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its absolute discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. bo11 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to a temporary market suspension.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bo11 offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these overall Terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled on bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods vary per promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.

• bo11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits or who are under a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to claim or receive promotional bonuses.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is eligible to claim any given promotion.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on bo11.io — including but not limited to the bo11 name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bo11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bo11.io solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from bo11.io without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall bo11's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

bo11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bo11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other unlawful activity in connection with the account.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require bo11 to restrict or close accounts in a particular jurisdiction.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bo11 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notice, and we will update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account.
